COPENHAGEN: SØLLERØD KRO

Had a chance to visit this beautiful place that is a little bit outside of Copenhagen. The place is incredibly cozy: candles are creating wonderful lunch atmosphere even though the sun is shining and there is plenty of light in the room.

As I am always ordering a gluten free menu, chef baked gluten free waffles for me which was exactly my type of bread 😍

Special attention to the palette cleanser:

Jan Restorff briefly explained the technique of crating this dish, it left us speechless. Ice cold green tea is poured over those colourful balls and you're ready to continue 😇
