Born in Moldova, a country with a long and largely undiscovered wine heritage, I grew up close to a wine culture that once supplied much of the former Soviet Union.

Before launching my blog, I worked in the wine industry and gained experience across gastronomy and the wider food industry. With a Master’s degree in Political PR and a continuous focus on marketing and personal branding, I combine industry knowledge with a strong understanding of communication, positioning and digital storytelling.

Today, I work at the intersection of food, hospitality and content. I consult restaurants on food trends and social presence, create and organise exclusive fine dining experiences, and share the restaurants, hotels and destinations that genuinely excite me with my audience.

With more than 42 million views on Google Maps and regular sales of my travel and food photography on Shutterstock, what started as a passion for gastronomy and travel has evolved into a professional media and content business.
