Having been fans of Mural we couldn't wait to see what Johannes Maria Kneip would be bring to the table at Sparkling Bistro.
Delicious way to come out of a culinary lockdown!
The addition of vegetarian menu is a welcomed one, although one shouldn't miss the tender and divine Mostviertel brief if meat takes you fancy.
